We have various programs specifically designed for this purpose which include Day Habilitation, Residential Habilitation and Personal Care services.

POSITION TITLE:
Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP) SUPERVISOR:
VP of ID Operations DESCRIPTION:
The Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional is responsible for the development and implementation of individual program planning for assigned persons served in designated areas.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, sociology, behavior analysis or a human service area with documented behavioral emphasis from an accredited college or university with one or more years of experience working with persons with intellectual disability.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Will be required to successfully complete the ADMH curriculum for QDDPs; Must be highly organized and detail oriented; excellent written and oral communication skills; must be capable of acting as an ongoing advocate for persons served by the organization; other as per DMH and Medicaid standards.
Responsibilities:
To ensure the proper care for and safety of all participants and to ensure their freedom from abuse, mistreatment and neglect.
Responsible for calling program plan meetings and core team meetings as necessary.
Responsible for the development and implementation of training programs for participants.
Development and maintenance of all participant records.
Completes quarterly reports as required by State and Medicaid guidelines according to preset schedules.
Verifies accuracy of recorded data by direct observation.
Completes required assessments of each person prior to the annual meeting.
Reviews incident reports, makes recommendations and calls team meetings as necessary.
Responsible for the development, implementation and quarterly review of behavior support plans with input from the team.
Responsible for the development, implementation and quarterly review of medication reduction plans with input from the team.
Attends routine staff meetings, in-services, and other meetings as required.
Assumes an on call position to handle program emergencies.
Attends professional development opportunities to ensure the highest quality of care to persons with intellectual disabilities and related conditions.
Performs other duties as assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
